Shop Policies

All items ship from Mount Laurel, NJ, USA.


The best way to reach us regarding your order is via email: info@theceramicbarn.com.  


  • Please include your order number when emailing us.  


  • We respond to emails within two (2) business days.  Our response time may take longer during our peak season (August - February).


Custom and Personalized Orders:


  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to note the correct spelling(s) of any personalizations at time of purchase. All personalized sales are final.


 ***Shipping rates are for domestic orders only.***


Shipping time: 


  • Items normally take 1-3 weeks to ship.  Custom requests and personalizations are made to order, and will take longer to ship.  As the item is handmade, we cannot speed up the process.  A lot of hard work and love goes into making the items, and we want them to be perfect for you!  


  • While we do our best to keep items in stock, there are some instances where items will need to be made to order.  


  • Your order will ship as soon as your item is complete.  


  • It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct when placing orders. If an order has shipped to an incorrectly provided address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. 


  • Items may take longer during peak season (August - February).


  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships.


  • In case of damage, please contact us immediately at info@theceramicbarn.com.  Please do not throw any thing away.  We will need pictures of the damage to the box and item(s) in order to file an insurance claim.


International Shipping: 


  • Our site currently does NOT offer an international shipping option, so if you are an international customer, please email us at info@theceramicbarn.com to place an order. The shipping costs for your location will be calculated, and an invoice will be sent to you via email. 


  • Depending upon your country's customs policies, you may incur additional charges for your shipment. Please review your country's importation fees and tax policies to avoid any surprises. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.  The Ceramic Barn, LLC is not responsible for these additional fees and taxes.


Packaging:


  • We take the utmost care when packaging up your order. We take great pride in what we do and want your order to arrive without issue for you to enjoy!


  • Please inspect your item upon receipt. If there is damage, please notify us immediately. If we are not notified within 3 days regarding any damage, we will consider all sales received in good condition and final.


Return Policy: 


  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@theceramicbarn.com.  We take pride in what we do. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If there is a problem, please let us know.  


  • The buyer may return an item within 3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the EXACT condition as it was sent and received (without wear or damage). The buyer must pay all shipping fees. We will issue a refund for the ceramic piece(s) only. We recommend that the buyer purchase both tracking and insurance for the package.


  • Custom/Personalized orders are non-refundable.
