About Us

The Ceramic Barn has been South Jersey’s neighborhood ceramic art studio for over 45 years (founded in 1969).  

We strive to provide an environment that facilitates both fun and self-expression for all.  

We are a traditional meets contemporary ceramic arts studio specializing in ceramics, greenware and bisqueware.  

Did you know that we make about 95% of the items you see on the shelves? We have approximately 10,000 plaster molds on-site.  By pouring the pieces ourselves, it allows us to customize pieces with names, sayings, etc.  

Looking for something specific that you don’t see on our shelves?  Not a problem!  Just let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

You can stop in any time to paint or hand-building, or schedule a lesson for the pottery wheel!   

We also have the perfect environment for hosting events such as birthday parties, kids’ nights, girls’ nights, after-school programs, field trips, scout gatherings and many more!
