Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials for this workshop, all registrations are non-refundable.

If a participant needs to cancel their attendance, no refunds will be issued.

Participants may choose one of the following options:

-You will have the option to make it up at a scheduled time within 30 days, or

-Transfer their registration to another guest for the same workshop, or

-Attend a different scheduled workshop within 30 days, or

-Receive a credit toward a future workshop (credit expires 12 months from the original workshop date).

Requests to transfer, reschedule, or receive credit must be made prior to the workshop.  Please email us at info@theceramicbarn with requests.

Due to the unpredictability of winter weather, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify an event at our discretion to ensure safety.  While our parking lot is plowed when possible, we cannot guarantee when plowing will occur or the condition of the lot at event time.

If an event is canceled or postponed due to winter weather, no refunds will be issued. Participants may choose one of the following options:

-You will have the option to make it up at a scheduled time within 30 days. 

-Attend a rescheduled event within 30 days, or

-Receive a credit toward a future event (credit expires 12 months form the original event date).

Attendance is voluntary, and participants are responsible for assessing their own travel safety.
